The Canonical Registry is the only authoritative source for:
- UBKDS version status,
- canonical definitions,
- and governance rules.
If a version is not listed here, it is not a recognized UBKDS release.

Summary: UBKDS v1.1 adds the canonical Sensitivity Taxonomy and expands the RID specification with alphanumeric format, default RID 0000, named knowledge sets, multiple RIDs per artifact, Primary RID designation, and optional lifecycle coordination via Primary Artifact.

- Revision
- Changes meaning, structure, or governance rules in a way that may affect compatibility. Requires a new major version.
